Waterfowl Managed Hunt Areas
The Conservation Department offers managed waterfowl hunting on the 15 conservation areas listed below. These intensively managed wetlands provide waterfowl with much-needed resources during migration.
Some of these areas have permanent blinds, and others provide opportunities for hunters to wade in or hunt from boat blinds. Most areas have disable-accessible blinds. The Department limits the number of hunting parties on these areas to enhance the quality of the hunt and maintain the integrity of the resource.
Browse the Drawing Procedures link below to learn how to get a hunting spot on a waterfowl managed hunt area.
